Zusammenfassung

Senior Care Solutions is seeking compassionate PRN Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide skilled nursing visits in patients' homes across Florida. The role reports to an RN and follows physician orders, with a flexible schedule and opportunities to build strong patient relationships.

Requirements include an active Florida LPN license, BLS/CPR certification, and reliable transportation. Prior home health experience is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Current Florida LPN license in good standing.
• 1+ year nursing experience preferred.
• Home health experience preferred but not required.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.

Aufgaben

• Provide skilled nursing visits to patients in their homes per the plan of care.
• Perform nursing assessments and report changes to the supervising RN.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by the physician.
• Educate patients and caregivers on disease management and safety.
• Complete accurate documentation in the electronic medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians, case managers, therapists, and other team members.
