Job summary

Pinnacle Home Care, Florida's largest independent Medicare-certified home health provider, is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our award-winning team on a PRN basis.

You will administer skilled nursing care in patients' homes under RN supervision and contribute to positive patient outcomes through curative, rehabilitative, and preventive care, all while maintaining thorough documentation in our EMR.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current LPN/LVN license (state-specific).
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.

Responsibilities

• Administer skilled nursing care under RN supervision.
• Perform curative, rehabilitative, or preventive care per patient care plans.
• Complete visit reports accurately in the EMR system.
