BrightSpring Health Services is seeking a passionate Home Health Occupational Therapist for work in Grand Junction, CO. You will provide expert, patient-centered care and have the opportunity to work independently while enjoying team support.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in adult occupational therapy, home health experience preferred.
• Excellent observation, verbal and written communication skills.
• Competency in physical therapy skills per competency checklist.

Responsibilities

• Perform occupational therapy evaluation and treatment based upon physician orders.
• Establish goals and develop treatment plans for patient independence.
• Maintain communication among the treatment team, physician, and family members.
• Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants in patient care.
