Job summary

Home Care Network in Dayton, OH seeks a compassionate Home Health Aide (HHA) in a PRN/as-needed role to support pediatric, adult, and geriatric clients at their homes. You will follow the plan of care, provide direct patient care, and assist with activities of daily living, light housekeeping, and medication reminders under supervision.

Flexible hours vary weekly with shifts typically on weekdays; travel to client residences is required.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of verifiable experience in home care or caregiving setting (based on credentials).
• CPR and First Aid Certifications (active/current preferred).
• Be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Willingness to perform light housekeeping in addition to patient care as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care following the established plan of care for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients.
• Measure and record vital signs and other metrics as instructed.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, oral hygiene, dressing, etc.).
• Perform household tasks essential to care at home (meal prep, laundry, light housekeeping).
• Assist patients with medications under RN supervision; not administering medications.
