Sobe Innovative Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our PRN team in Boynton Beach, FL. The role focuses on geriatric therapy within assisted living environments, delivering skilled treatments under a plan of care.

You will impact residents' mobility and independence while collaborating with physicians, families, and the care team. Flexible scheduling and autonomy define this position.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Active Florida PTA license.
• Two years of clinical experience preferred (not required).

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and the care team
