Mattingly Edge is seeking PRN Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in Louisville, KY to empower adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in homes and community settings. This role focuses on teaching new skills, promoting independence, and fostering inclusion through person-centered support.

Shifts may include days, evenings, or overnights with a minimum commitment of 5 shifts per month. Starting pay is $17/hour, with $20/hour on weekends and $15/hour for overnight sleep shifts,

Qualifications

• Willingness to assist with personal care.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Experience in direct support is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals in their homes and communities to build skills, pursue goals, and expand social circles.
• Assist with personal care tasks when needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation through basic computer and written skills.
