Continuum Therapy Partners seeks a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our PRN pool at Jefferson Healthcare Center in Jefferson, Ohio. You will implement individualized plans under supervision of an OT, document progress, educate patients on adaptive equipment and home programs, and contribute to quality care on a flexible schedule.

Active COTA license in the state with NBCOT certification is required, with preference for 1 year of experience.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant Program required
• Current, unencumbered state COTA License; NBCOT Certification required
• 1 year of previous experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant preferred

Responsabilités

• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising OT
• Educates patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs
