Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a PRN role in Berlin, PA. You will work on a flexible daytime schedule within a supportive team led by licensed therapists who emphasize quality care.

You will implement treatment plans, document patient progress, and educate patients on therapy tools and home exercises, collaborating with supervising OTs to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in OTA program is required.
• Current, unencumbered state COTA license; NBCOT certification required.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising OT.
• Educates patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs.
