Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners in Little Falls, MN is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team as a PRN clinician. You will work under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist to deliver high-quality care and support patient progress.

The role offers flexible PRN scheduling and the chance to maintain continuity of care with our lead therapists. A strong OTA background and active MN license are required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in OTA program is required.
• Current, unencumbered state COTA license; NBCOT certification required.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising OT.
• Educates patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs.
