Job summary

Concept Rehab, Inc seeks a compassionate PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA/OTA) to join our Traverse City team. You will work under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist to help patients improve independence and daily living skills.

Responsibilities include providing OT treatments, assisting with therapeutic activities, documenting progress, and collaborating with the care team to support patient goals. A Michigan COTA/OTA license and an associate degree are required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program is required or preferred.
• Current Michigan COTA/OTA license is required.
• Strong communication and patient care skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments as directed by the supervising OT.
• Assist patients with therapeutic activities and functional skill development.
• Monitor and report patient progress to the supervising OT; maintain timely documentation.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to support patient goals and care plans.
• Follow all applicable clinical and regulatory standards.
