Job summary

Rehab Solutions is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for PRN home health assignments in the Canton/Lindale/Chandler/Van/Ben Wheeler/Grand Saline, TX area. This role offers flexibility, autonomy, and meaningful patient care on a locality-based schedule.

You'll provide patient-centered OT services under the supervision of an OT, document progress, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support independence and outcomes in a home health setting.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant from an accredited program.
• NBCOT certification as Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA).
• Current state licensure (or eligibility) to practice as a COTA.
• Experience in OT setting preferred; new grads encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Patient Care & Treatment Implementation: deliver therapy per the plan.
• Progress Monitoring & Documentation: track progress and maintain records.
• Collaboration & Patient Education: work with PT/OT, nursing; educate patients and families.
• Therapeutic Activities & Support: lead or assist with exercises and ADLs in a positive environment.
