Job summary

Sobe Innovative Rehab is seeking a licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide outpatient occupational therapy in an assisted living community in Stuart, FL. This PRN position offers flexible assignments, competitive pay, and the opportunity to support geriatric patients in maintaining independence.

Responsibilities include skilled treatments, documenting care, and collaborating with physicians and the care team.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Active Florida COTA license.
• Two years of clinical experience preferred (not required).

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled occupational therapy treatments under the plan of care
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional independence
• Communicate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary care team
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation
• Provide any necessary treatment equipment or devices

Education
