Job summary

Colonial Nursing and Rehab in Crown Point, IN is seeking a part-time or PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our rehabilitation team. You will implement individualized OT treatment plans under the direction of an Occupational Therapist and help residents improve daily living skills.

You'll monitor progress, educate residents and caregivers, maintain accurate documentation, and collaborate with the rehab team to promote independence and quality of life in a supportive

Qualifications

• Active Indiana COTA license required.
• Graduate of an accredited OTA program.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with the rehab team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with implementing individualized OT treatment plans under supervision.
• Provide hands-on interventions to improve daily living activities.
