Job summary

Cascade Health Services is seeking CNAs for flexible PRN shifts around Hillsboro, Oregon. Earn up to $23.25/hr with weekly pay and optional daily pay advances, and access shifts via our mobile app. Work primarily in long-term care and skilled nursing settings with 24/7 support from real people.

Responsibilities include ADLs, transfers, vital signs, documentation, and assisting nursing staff; travel of 30–60 minutes is common, with opportunities for more shifts as travel increases.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of CNA experience.
• Current BLS/CPR or willingness to obtain it.
• Reliable transportation.
• Current TB testing: 1-step TB test, IGRA, or chest X-ray.
• 30–60 minute travel is common.
• Flexible scheduling from available shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform CNA duties in LTC and skilled nursing settings, including ADLs and transfers.
• Take vital signs, document care, and assist nursing staff.
• Use mobile app to access shifts and manage schedule.
