Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers and employees.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care and services per resident assessments and care plans.
• Identify residents before treatments or meals using wristbands or ID cards.
• Report changes in resident condition to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse promptly.
• Record entries clearly on flow sheets, notes, or charts.
• Maintain resident confidentiality and report any privacy breaches.
• Assist residents with daily activities and mobility as trained.
• Ensure room is prepared for new admissions and assist with transfers.
