Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, feeding, dressing, and mobility.
• Record and monitor vital signs as directed by charge nurse.
• Observe and report changes in residents' conditions to the charge nurse.
• Follow resident care plans and care policies and procedures.
• Identify safety risks and report to prevent accidents or injuries.
