Windsor Manor Nevada is seeking compassionate, dependable PRN Caregivers (Resident Assistants) for casual, as-needed shifts across our Assisted Living and Memory Care community. No set schedule — just pick up shifts when they work for you, knowing that every time you show up, you're making a real difference for residents who truly appreciate your care.

Formación

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year related health care experience.
• Dementia training may be required in ensembles.
• Positive Criminal Background Screening.
• Drug Free Workplace policy applies.

Responsabilidades

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to Assisted Living and Memory Care residents.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living—bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and more.
• Monitor resident well-being and communicate changes to the care team.
• Support a safe, clean, and welcoming environment during every shift.
• Be a reliable, caring presence when the community needs you.
• Maintain proper records as scheduled and follow the resident service plan.
