STXZ Lacrosse connects families with independent coaches in the Chattanooga area. We send you clients, handle admin, and you coach on a flexible schedule at locations of your choice. You control your sessions and get paid per lesson.

Coaches run sessions independently; no quotas, no penalties for declining offers. Payments are issued promptly via PayPal, and coaches receive a 1099-NEC at year end if earnings exceed threshold. Eligibility requires coaching experience and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching lacrosse at youth, high school, college, or club levels.
• Able to work as an independent contractor in the United States.
• Own transportation to training locations in your area.
• Communicate effectively with families and STXZ staff.
• Willing to complete a third-party background check.

Responsibilities

• Review client offers and decide whether to take them.
• Conduct lacrosse sessions at client locations.
• Submit a post-session briefing on the platform.
• Coordinate scheduling and location with clients.
