Job summary

Cadence Education is hiring a Teacher Assistant at our Smyrna-area center to support daily classroom activities, help deliver Cadence Education programs, and foster a safe, nurturing environment for young children.

You will work under the supervision of the School Director and Lead Teacher, assist with IEPs and behavioral plans, participate in trainings, and contribute to a positive, engaging classroom experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow safety procedures and health screenings.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a classroom team.
• Ability to read, write, and speak effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Support daily classroom activities and Cadence Education programs.
• Maintain a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment.
• Assist with IEPs and behavioral plans as directed.
• Support planning and implementation of developmentally appropriate curriculum.
• Follow Cadence policies and licensing requirements.
