Qualifications

• Current licensed to practice physical therapy in state of practice.
• CPR certification Current.
• Driver's license and vehicle insurance or access to reliable transportation.
• Ability to work in home care settings with diverse patients.

Responsibilities

• Follow state laws and the plan of care defined by the supervising PT.
• Instructs patients in active and passive exercise and gait training.
• Monitor and report patient responses to treatment to the supervising PT and care team.
• Educate patient, family, and caregivers on therapy within PT assistant scope.
