Job summary

Qualifications

• English fluency

• Retail experience (6 months preferred)
• Prior Walgreens experience (preferred)
• Strong math skills for counting and measuring medications
• Good computer skills
• Knowledge of store inventory control
• PTCB certification (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Engages customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
• Resolves customer issues and answers questions to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Assists pharmacist and store team with pharmacy operations, cash handling, and inventory management.
• Supports prescription processing, including entering patient information and assisting with dispensing activities.
• Maintains compliance with Walgreens policies, Good Faith Dispensing, and quality improvement procedures.
