Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of professional experience as a PCA, CNA, DSP, or similar direct care role.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation are required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centered care according to each client's Care Plan.
• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Complete accurate documentation using the agency's EVV system.
