Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare is hiring compassionate Personal Care Aides (PCAs) in Minnesota to provide non-medical care and companionship in clients' homes. You will work with a team that values reliability, empathy, and respect for clients.

Responsibilities include personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and coordinating with families. A background check, TB test, and valid driver's license are required. Flexible schedules offered.

Qualifications

• Background check required
• TB test required
• Physical ability to lift/move up to 25 pounds
• Must have hands, wrists and fingers mobility

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and social engagement for clients
• Provide non-medical personal care as needed
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Establish professional communication with clients, families and coworkers
• Be punctual and consistently attend scheduled shifts
