Job summary

OneWell Health Care is seeking a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to provide personalized therapy to individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities in home and community settings in Pennsylvania. You will assess communication and swallowing, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with families and professionals to improve communication, independence, and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current and valid SLP license in the state of practice.
• CCC-SLP certification from ASHA.
• Strong clinical, communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel to home and community-based service locations.
• English proficiency required; bilingual (Spanish) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech, language, cognitive-communication, AAC, and swallowing evaluations.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based speech, communication, AAC, feeding, and swallowing therapy.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Educate caregivers on communication strategies, AAC use, and safe swallowing practices.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Participate in required meetings and trainings.
