Job summary

OneWell Health Care seeks a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to provide personalized therapy to individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) in home and community-based settings in Pennsylvania.

You will assess communication and swallowing needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with caregivers and other professionals to improve communication, independence, and quality of life.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
Current and valid SLP license in the state of practice.
CCC-SLP certification from ASHA.
Strong clinical, communication, documentation, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Conduct speech, language, cognitive-communication, AAC, and swallowing evaluations.
Develop and update individualized treatment plans.
Provide evidence-based speech, communication, AAC, feeding, and swallowing therapy.
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members.
Educate caregivers on communication strategies, AAC use, and safe swallowing practices.
Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Participate in required meetings and trainings.
