Job summary

OneWell Health Care is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide personalized therapy in home and community settings in Pennsylvania. This per‑diem role offers flexible scheduling and part‑time opportunities to support individuals with IDD with communication and swallowing goals.

You’ll assess needs, develop plans, and collaborate with families while maintaining quality documentation and ongoing professional growth within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current and valid SLP license in the state of practice.
• CCC-SLP certification from ASHA.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech, language, cognitive-communication, AAC, and swallowing evaluations.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based speech, communication, AAC, feeding, and swallowing therapy.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members.
• Educate caregivers on communication strategies, AAC use, and safe swallowing practices.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Participate in required meetings and trainings.
