Kindering seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to support its Early Supports team on a per diem basis, delivering evaluative, therapeutic, and consultative services for children with speech, language, feeding, cognitive, or hearing needs in Bellevue and surrounding campuses. The role involves flexible scheduling and collaboration with families and an interdisciplinary team.

Requirements include a Master’s in Speech Pathology, eligibility for ASHA, and a valid Washington license; experience with

Competenze

• Master’s degree in Speech Pathology and ASHA eligibility.
• Valid Washington State professional license required.
• Experience with neuromuscular/developmental disorders preferred.

Mansioni

• Support four Kindering campuses as needed.
• Assess development and conduct formal evaluations.
• Participate in IFSP conferences with Family Resource Coordinator.
• Design and implement treatment plans and monitor progress.
• Prepare progress and medical reports; maintain records.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and families.
• Coordinate referrals and community resources.
• Provide or support outreach and program planning.
