Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; valid driver's license preferred.
• Must read, write, and speak English proficiently.
• Prior custodial or building maintenance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and maintains classrooms, restrooms, offices, and common areas.
• Sweeps, vacuums, mops floors and cleans fixtures.
• Disinfects lavatories daily and replenishes supplies.
• Reports maintenance issues to the appropriate supervisor.
• Secure building and follow opening/closing procedures.
• Responds to emergencies and assists during events.
