Qualifications

• Must travel to patients' homes within Middlesex County.
• Review and verify medication orders prior to administration.
• Administer prescribed long-acting injectable medications per orders and clinical protocol.
• Complete nursing assessment and medication administration documentation.
• Monitor patients for immediate post-injection reactions as required.
• Maintain professional communication regarding scheduled visits.

Responsibilities

• Travel to assigned patient homes within Middlesex County.
