Job summary
Endurance Home Care is seeking per diem Registered Nurses to provide in-home nursing care across New Jersey. You will complete initial client assessments, write care plans, and meet families to explain the plan of care, reporting to the Nurse Supervisor.
Requirements include an active New Jersey RN license and at least 1 year of clinical or home-care experience, reliable transportation, and comfort with electronic documentation. Per-visit pay ranges from $60 to $100, with prompt weekly payment.

- Minimum 1 year of clinical or home-care experience
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Comfortable doing in-home visits and documenting electronically
- Clear communicator with clients and families
Responsibilities
- Perform initial in-home nursing assessments and write individualized care plans
- Meet with clients and families to explain the plan of care
- Help match clients with suitable caregivers
- Conduct 60-day supervisory visits and update care plans as needed
- Document visits in the digital platform on time
