Job summary

California Rehabilitation and Sports Therapy seeks a Flexible Per Diem Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support our outpatient orthopedic clinics throughout Orange County. You will work closely with physical therapists to implement treatment plans and assist with therapeutic exercises across multiple site locations.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• State licensure or certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Experience in a clinical setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing treatment plans designed by the Physical Therapist (PT).
• Communicate with PTs on a regular basis regarding patient progress.
• Guide and instruct patients in therapeutic exercises and activities.
• Monitor and record patient progress and responses to treatments.
• Ensure caseload attendance compliance.
