Spine & Sport Physical Therapy is seeking a flexible Per Diem Floater Physical Therapist Assistant to support outpatient orthopedic clinics across Orange County. You will work closely with PTs to implement treatment plans, guide patients through exercises, and document progress.

This role offers per diem scheduling, diverse clinical experiences, and competitive hourly pay in a multi-site setting. Ideal candidates have completed an accredited PTA program, hold PTA licensure, and bring strong

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• State licensure or certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with patients and healthcare teams.
• Proficient in assisting with therapeutic exercises and modalities.
• Detail-oriented with good documentation and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing treatment plans designed by the Physical Therapist.
• Communicate with PTs on patient progress.
• Instruct patients in therapeutic exercises and activities.
• Monitor and record patient progress and responses to treatments.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in a timely manner.
