Key duties include prioritizing urgent sample collections, labeling specimens correctly, ensuring sterile collection and proper data entry, and providing reassurance to patients throughout the process. Strong attention to safety, adherence to legal requirements, and experience with phlebotomy

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Phlebotomist or Phlebotomy Technician.
• Phlebotomy diploma preferred.
• Knowledge of patient identification best practices and blood draw procedures.
• Familiarity with legal requirements regarding blood draws and sample handling.
• Strong computer and data entry skills.
