Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking Board Certified Neonatologists to join our collaborative, high-performing team on a per diem basis at Southeast Health and Flowers Hospital in Dothan, AL. This role emphasizes work-life balance and clinical excellence.

You will pick up shifts as available, with no minimum hours. Travel expenses are covered for those outside a commutable distance, and malpractice insurance is provided for the W-2 per diem position.

Qualifications

• Board-certified Neonatology required (ABMS).
• Active AL license or IMLC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide neonatal specialty care in Level III/II NICU settings.
• Collaborate with NICU team to ensure clinical excellence.
