Job summary

Pediatrix Medical Group seeks per diem, experienced, Board Certified Neonatologists to join our Level III NICU team in Montgomery, AL. You will provide coverage across two facilities with 24/7 neonatal coverage and strong MFM support via telemedicine.

We value flexibility and work-life balance, with no fixed shift requirements for per diem providers. Travel and lodging support are provided for eligible candidates, along with comprehensive malpractice coverage.

Qualifications

• Active AL license or IMLC license preferred.
• Board Certification in Neonatology required.
• Minimum 1 year post-fellowship clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide per diem neonatology coverage in Level III NICUs.
• Participate in 24/7 rounding and call.
• Collaborate with NICU staff and multidisciplinary teams.
