Job summary

Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide per diem therapy services in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. The role requires NBCOT certification where state rules apply and an active COTA license, with strong communication and organization as key assets.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an AOTA-accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Certified NBCOT as a COTA if required by state.
• Current license as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of an OT.
• Assist in implementing personalized care plans focused on functional goals.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
