Tender Touch Rehab Services LLC is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) on a per diem basis to join our SNF and long-term care settings. This role offers flexible scheduling and a pathway to ongoing professional development within Enhance Therapies.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an AOTA‑accredited OTA program.
• NBCOT COTA certification if state requires it.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under supervision of an OT.
• Assist in implementing personalized care plans focused on functional goals.
