Job summary

A nonprofit human service agency is seeking a Fee for Service Clinician to provide direct counseling supports primarily to adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities. Responsibilities include establishing relationships with clients, meeting them in their area, and potentially offering telehealth appointments. Qualified candidates must hold a relevant Master's degree and demonstrate experience and reliable transportation, along with a valid driver's license. Qualifications

• Must be able to pass Fingerprint background check, CORI, DPPC and Driving background checks.
• Valid Driver's License in the state you reside is required.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required.
• Experience with ID/DD population preferred.
• Experience with electronic health records preferred.

Responsibilities

• Providing direct counseling supports to individuals.
• Meeting with individuals in the designated geographic area.
• Implementing telehealth appointments once relationships are established.
• Maintain documentation and coordinate with Harbor Counseling Center services.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and participate in supervision.

About the Role

As a Clinician, you will meet with individuals in your geographic area, primarily providing direct counseling supports. Once relationships are established, telehealth appointments may be implemented. Candidates must have related or direct experience working with the community served.

Requirements
