Always Best Care of Greater Bristol is seeking dedicated and compassionate Caregivers to join our team in Simsbury and surrounding towns. As a Per Diem / Part-Time Caregiver, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients while enjoying a flexible schedule.

We are seeking individuals with at least 3 years of experience working as a Caregiver, who possess a strong empathy for seniors and are looking for a rewarding career.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience as a caregiver.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily routine care (bathing, dressing, feeding).
• Assist with house maintenance and light housekeeping.
• Answer client calls and provide reassurance.
• Escort to appointments and manage transportation.
• Provide medication reminders and meal preparation.
