This role offers per diem assignments with W-2 employment, access to clinical leads, and collaboration with school teams. Successful candidates are self-directed, organized, and able to manage deadlines across varied cases.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification or PA LBS license required.
• Experience conducting FBAs and developing BIPs.
• Strong assessment, data and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs with observations, interviews, data collection and analysis.
• Prepare comprehensive FBA reports with findings and recommendations.
• Develop or recommend individualized BIPs as needed.
• Collaborate with teachers and school staff to tailor behavioral strategies.
• Provide behavioral consultation and guidance to school teams.
• Complete reports within established timelines and participate in meetings.
