Job summary

Delta-T Group seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for school-based opportunities in the Philadelphia area. The BCBA provides assessment, intervention planning, and consultation to support students with behavioral and learning needs in alignment with IDEA and district guidelines.

The role emphasizes collaboration with special education teams, development of BIPs and FBAs, data-driven practice, and staff training to promote positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Active BCBA certification required.
• Valid Michigan license or district/state certification as required for behavior analysis practice.
• Experience conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and developing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and evidence-based interventions.
• Experience working in school-based settings strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of IDEA, Section 504, and special education processes.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, educators, and families.
• Strong communication, data collection, and analytical skills.
