Job summary

Sunny Days of California, Inc. is seeking a Pediatric Physical Therapist to provide Early Intervention services in infants and toddlers across homes and community settings. Build developmental progress alongside families using the Parent Coaching Model.

The role offers flexible schedules, mileage reimbursement, and eligibility for medical benefits. Licensure and pediatric EI experience are preferred; bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• California Physical Therapy (DPT) license is required.
• Pediatric experience in Early Intervention preferred.
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills; Spanish bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct developmental assessments and provide physical therapy using the Parent Coaching Model.
• Follow each child’s IFSP and help families develop strategies to reach goals.
• Use family-centered coaching to build caregiver confidence and generalize progress.
• Provide services in the child’s natural environment, homes, daycares, and community settings.
• Provide re-assessments and write progress reports (bi-annual).
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and state/federal regulations.
