Job summary

Sunny Days of California, Inc. is seeking licensed Occupational Therapists to provide Early Intervention services for infants and toddlers in home and community settings across California.

Compensation ranges from $65–$75 per hour with flexible schedules and mileage reimbursement. Responsibilities include conducting developmental assessments, delivering therapy in natural environments, following IFSPs, using parent coaching to empower families, and documenting progress with periodic reports

Qualifications

• California Occupational Therapy license is required.
• Pediatric experience preferred (Early Intervention).
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct developmental assessments and provide occupational therapy services using the Parent Coaching Model.
• Follow each child’s IFSP and collaborate with families to set goals and strategies.
• Utilize family-centered parent coaching to build caregiver confidence and generalize progress.
• Deliver services in the child’s natural environment (home, daycare, community settings); virtual services may be available.
• Provide re-assessments and write progress reports (typically bi-annual).
• Maintain confidentiality of information in accordance with HIPAA and state/federal regulations.
