Job summary

Sunny Days of California, Inc. is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to provide home-based early intervention services for infants and toddlers. You will conduct developmental assessments, follow IFSP goals, and coach families to implement strategies in daily routines.

Applicants must hold a California OT license and have pediatric experience; Spanish language skills are a plus. The role offers flexible schedules and mileage reimbursement within California, with benefits for part-time

Qualifications

• California Occupational Therapy license is required.
• Pediatric experience preferred (Early Intervention experience welcomed).
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct developmental assessments and provide occupational therapy services following the Parent Coaching Model.
• Follow each child’s IFSP and collaborate with families to set developmental goals.
• Use family-centered coaching to build caregiver confidence and transfer progress to everyday routines.
• Provide services in the child’s natural environment, homes, daycare centers or community settings; virtual services available.
