Job summary

Sunny Days of California, Inc. is seeking licensed Occupational Therapists to provide Early Intervention services to infants and toddlers in home and community settings in California.

You will assess developmental needs and implement therapy using parent coaching, aligning with each child’s IFSP and family goals. We offer flexible schedules, mileage reimbursement, a tech stipend, and benefits for part-time employees.

Qualifications

• California Occupational Therapy license required.
• Pediatric experience in Early Intervention preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct developmental assessments and provide occupational therapy services using the Parent Coaching Model.
• Follow IFSP and collaborate with families to reach developmental goals.
• Build caregiver confidence via family-centered coaching to generalize progress.
• Deliver services in the child’s natural environment (home, daycare, community) and via virtual sessions.
