As a PCA, you’ll assist with daily living activities, monitor client well-being, and maintain a compassionate, client-centered approach within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (or equivalent) and GA PCA certificate.
• One year of healthcare experience preferred.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification.
• TB screening within 12 months.
• Valid GA driver’s license, auto insurance and vehicle.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support to seniors to live safely at home.
• Assist with ADLs: bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meals, shopping, transportation, companionship.
• Help with ambulation, transferring, and ROM exercises.
• Provide medication reminders and document condition; notify supervisor of concerns.
• Ensure a safe home environment with unobstructed pathways.
• Participate in activities that bring clients joy (puzzles, games, reading, hobbies).
