Job summary

Land O'Lakes is hiring a Flex Warehouse Operator in Lakeland, FL. This part-time role supports our Purina Animal Nutrition warehousing operations with a flexible schedule (16–29 hours/week) and forklift duties.

You will assist with inbound/outbound deliveries, palletizing and staging orders, cycle counts, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment. Prior warehouse experience is preferred; forklift certification is required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 6+ months of work experience in any industry.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Able to read, write, comprehend, follow verbal and written instructions.
• Willingness to learn new skills, problem-solve and troubleshoot.
• Strong collaboration, communication skills, and is always respectful.

Responsibilities

• Complies with all safety processes and insists on safety practices of self and others
• Shows up on time, completes tasks by deadlines, and adapts to changes quickly
• Processes work orders by selecting correct products from racks, palletizing them, shrink-wrapping, and staging the product order for delivery
• Able to multi-task and keep up with warehousing demands in a fast-paced environment
• Ensures all standard operating procedures are followed
• Mantains cleanliness and organization of work area
• Successful forklift certification required
