Job summary

Land O'Lakes, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Warehouse Operator Flex in Wisconsin to support inbound/outbound deliveries, packing and loading final products, and cycle counts using a forklift.

This is a part-time role within our Flex Manufacturing Program, offering flexible hours and a typical weekly commitment of 16–29 hours. The position requires forklift certification, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and adherence to safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 6+ months of work experience in any industry.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Able to read, write, comprehend, follow verbal and written instructions.
• Willingness to learn new skills, problem-solve and troubleshoot.
• Strong collaboration, communication skills, and is always respectful.

Responsibilities

• Complies with all safety processes and insists on safety practices of self and others.
• Shows up on time, completes tasks by deadlines, and adapts to changes quickly.
• Processes work orders by selecting correct products from racks, palletizing them, shrink-wrapping, and staging the product order for delivery.
• Able to multi-task and keep up with warehousing demands in a fast-paced environment.
• Ensures all standard operating procedures are followed.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of work area.
• Successful forklift certification required.
