Job summary

Land O’Lakes, Inc. is seeking a warehouse associate for the third shift to operate a forklift, coordinate inbound/outbound deliveries, and assist with cycle counts. You will pack/load final products and prepare orders for delivery in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires safety discipline, ability to follow written and verbal instructions, and a willingness to learn new skills. 18+ and 1 year warehousing experience preferred; weekend/overtime availability.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1 year of warehousing experience.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Able to read, write, comprehend, follow verbal and written instructions.
• Willingness to learn new skills and troubleshoot.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Complies with safety processes and practices.
• Demonstrates punctuality, meets deadlines, and adapts to changes.
• Processes work orders by selecting products, palletizing, shrink-wrapping, and staging for delivery.
• Multi-tasks in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Follows standard operating procedures and maintains workspace cleanliness.
• Operates forklift daily and uses other plant machinery as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
