Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include: 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check as required by law.
• Allied Universal may consider applicants with criminal histories.
• Drug screen as permitted.
• Licensing requirements may apply by location.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and the public while following security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and inquiries in a calm, professional manner per procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and report unusual conditions to site personnel.
• Complete activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications promptly.
